Dear Havasu Alumni,
Thank You!: The reunion coordinators would like to thank all of you who have made the commitment to attend this year’s Multi Class Reunion. We know that for many of you it was a long and expensive journey that deserved our best planning and effort. To date, we’ve been told by over half of the classmates and their guests that our efforts were truly appreciated and enjoyed.
Our Commitment to you: Gina, Joe and I have taken the last two weeks to contemplate our decision to design and coordinate the next reunion in approximately 5 years (2011). We have received a remarkable number of emails, letters and phone calls complimenting our last reunion efforts and requesting us to move forward on the next Multi Class Reunion. With over $12,000 invested between us in the website, software and program packages and an abundant amount of decorating materials and equipment, we are confident we can keep the cost down during the next event. We are currently purchasing additional equipment to enhance your next experience.
The data base of classmates alone took an overwhelming amount of time to compile and we have kept out enough funds to maintain this list between now and our next event. We have already made our contractual commitment to the Nautical Inn Resort and we are currently negotiating the rest of our vendor contracts.
Our Formal Multi Class
We encourage those coordinators of single class reunions to contact us to perhaps consider engaging their efforts into the Multi Class concept in approximately 5 years. It is our understanding that the Havasu alumni prefer this type of gathering and find more value in the effort to see more of their friend rather than a handful.
Like any reunion, we will be
making some drastic changes to enhance your experience. We are currently
focusing our efforts on a more enjoyable Friday. While we had a good time at the
Your New Physical Address, Phone Number and Email Address: We now have an active data base with all your current contact information. With your help, we can keep your information updated and secure on our list. We are putting a security system on our website allowing only alumni access to your fellow classmates name and email. If you wish to have your email removed, please contact us. The pass code will be changed periodically for your security and emailed to you. Please visit www.havasuclassmates.com and make changes to your contact information whenever it’s necessary. If you are searching for a fellow classmate you can email us and request their information. We will confirm with them before providing this information. We encourage all of you to revisit the reunion web page and include comments describing your experience this year so we can better plan your next Multi Class experience. We look forward to your thoughts and suggestions. We will keep you posted on the developments as they progress. We have plenty of time so our communication will be spread out. Take care and we look forward to seeing you all.
Just remember, it would have not been a successful reunion without you!
Multi Class
